Living Wax Museum research projects are an immersive fun way for you to learn about historical figures and their contributions to society. They have the added bonus of using history, reading, writing, art, technology, acting and communication in one project.

Step 1- ResearchYou must get your teacher's approval on the person you choose. Choose someone who:
You will research your person. Use the note taking organizer to help you get the facts you need to complete the assignment. |
Step 2- CreateYou will create a display with details to identify facts about your famous person.
Next you will use your notes to create a short speech about the life of the person. You will also create a costume you can dress in to make you come to life as the famous person. |
Step 3- CommunicateOn the Living Wax Museum Day, you will set up a station complete with your exhibit. You will dress like your famous person. You will have your speech notes handy.
Your guests will press a button so you know when they are ready for you start saying your speech. |
