Do you like to wonder how the world works? Are you curious about different peoples and places? Do you like to discover and learn about new things? Then this at home club is just for you! Not only can you have fun learning you can also win some cool prizes! You can also be chosen to have your research read on the morning news!
Students who join this at home club will investigate and find answers to topics they are interested in using one of the Lowe Library Databases: PebbleGo, PebbleGo Next, Gale Elementary or National Geographic Kids. |
Here is How the Club Works:
- Download one of the discovery passport books below or stop by the library and pick one up.
- Choose a subject you would like to learn more about.
- Explore your subject using one of the Lowe Library databases: PebbleGo, PebbleGo Next, Gale Elementary, National Geographic Kids.
- Next, write what you discover in the passport book.
- After you complete 3 research pages of the passport book turn it into the library. If you completed the passbook electronically, please email it to Mrs. Ryan: [email protected].
- You will be entered into the next monthly drawing for a prize.
- One lucky club member will have their facts read on the morning news!
- There will be 9 monthly drawings this school year. A new passport book must be turned in for each monthly drawing.
